Terms and Conditions
Prize consists of two economy return flights to any city with a Weil office location. Accommodation and travel expenses [excluding flights] are not included, and both flights must be used before December 2017.
Flights must be booked through Weil’s Graduate Recruitment team. Following the initial booking, any charges incurred because of a booking change are the student’s own responsibility.
In-flight entertainment and food will be provided in line with the airline’s policy. Weil will not cover the cost of any additional inflight purchases.
Travel insurance arrangements and costs must be covered personally by the winner and their companion. Weil accepts no liability for cancellations, curtailment, delays, loss of baggage, loss of money or passport, missed flights, injury, death, acts of God, acts of terrorism, hospital fees, imprisonment, or legal fees.
Winners must ensure they have a valid passport for travel. Weil is not responsible for obtaining visas. Winners must check country entry requirements, and acquire any necessary visas independently.
