Hints & Tips

Prepare well

Research Weil and the type of work we do. The interviewer is sure to ask you why you want to work for us, so have a good answer ready.

Ask questions

Your interviewers will expect you to ask a question or two, so make sure you are prepared in advance with something relevant or topical.

Stay in the know

Make sure you keep up to date with the latest news. We may ask you about current trends within our industries - or significant deals that Weil is, or has recently been, involved in.

Refresh your memory

It’s important that you are familiar with what you wrote on your application form, as your interviewers will almost certainly ask you questions about it.

Smile and relax

Try not to worry too much about your interview. It’s an opportunity to find out if we’re a good match for each other. So the best advice is just to be yourself.
